After lunch, we took a stroll to see some stores we had spotted on one of our bus trips. Harley played a little guitar in a local shop here. He bought himself an electric tuner. Sydney picked up some pics. We took a look at the bike shops. They were primarily mountain bikes shops. No wonder! I don't know where on earth anyone would ride a road bike around here without getting flattened! I'll include a shot of some "bike parking" we spotted on our street tour. I can tell you that bikes and scooters are a major mode of transportation around here. It looks like Specialized may be putting in a new store here in Nanjing soon. Hayden & Piper were up for the photo opp. anyway!

Glad things are going well. It looks like Piper is adapting well. I am so glad things are going as planned. I don't know if you can qualify that as "mexican" Mary. We look forward to seeing you guys when you get home. Be safe and have fun.

Wow...hard to believe the first spots ya'll took Piper to were a bike and guitar shop. You are initiating her into the Downing family the only way you know how-- fast and furious! I love it. I can't wait to meet her. She is a beauty!
